How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have been bouncing the same 1-2lbs back and forth for weeks. I know I haven’t been perfect in my eating, my mindset, or my exercise. But MAN! It’s never been this bad. I’m days away from my period and the preamble usually leaves me up a pound or two, but this isn’t strictly period. Trying to get terrified. I’m 36 - I shouldn’t be quite peri-menopausal yet. My goal this year is to get into good habits now before it gets even harder. And now I’m just discouraged! Just gotta figure out what’s actually gunna work for me. Going to try to be consistent with my walking desk a few hours each day I work. See how that impacts things.

Are you tracking? This has been me the past 2 weeks and when I reviewed my tracker I realized all the extra bites that have been slipping back in. Stayed really mindful of the extra bites yesterday and down .8 today. Sometimes it's the mindless eating that gets the best of us.

I agree mindset and being mindful of what I put in my mouth is huge! I also focuse on getting at least 10,000 steps a day. Being consistent is key. The weight will start to drop. The little weight losses of .2 will start adding up. You can do this!
