After many nights of dinner and done I found myself snacking last night. Because of my tracking I was able to see why I may have fallen into the old habit. Yesterday I missed lunch, I did not have a lot of protein through out the day. Ate dinner early and did not drink enough water. This morning I was up 0.8 lbs. I am okay with this. I will set a timer to remind myself to drink and eat. I am going to win this diet bet. When I weight in I will be at 100% of goal!
