For me, the weekends are very difficult to stay on track.

Birthday parties, days out with family complete with eating out etc, it's sometimes so hard to make the right food choices every time.

I'm doing relatively well on this dietbet with only needing to lose another 3.5 lbs. But after yet another weekend of going off track, I'm guessing my weight in the morning will be a bit higher.

I WILL be on track this week and looking to be stronger for the weekends.

I definitely need to work on making better choices when eating out and I need to remember that I don't have to eat it all. I can bring some home for another time.

How is everyone doing so far?

You're so right Gina. Thanks for that. I just checked my weight this morning and only up by a half. So I feel like I'm still on track and that half (plus more) will be gone soon. And yes, the weekend activities have definitely been fun! :grin:
