Hey everyone, I’m Bart from Idaho. My plan for this game is to get back on a regular gym schedule, 3-4 times a week, but also definitely manage my food intake, especially sweets. I also have a goal of 1 gallon of water a day and 7+ hours of sleep a night. What are your goals?

When I got to my goal weight before I did a gallon of water a day. I need to work back up to that. Goal this week is back to 64 and one planned snack in the evening. Way to map it out Bart, good for you!
