How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone else seem to crave sugar, mode when it’s cold? Idk what it is, but in the colder months, that's where I find I struggle the most!
How do you handle this?

I have tried to ‘ignore’ or distract myself, and done lots of research. I have ADHD, so executive functioning and impulsivity are my weaknesses, coupled with coming up with a plan.

Fat free instant pudding made with unsweetened almond milk! Just add slightly less almond milk than it calls for to get the right consistency. Sometimes I sub part of the almond milk for cold brew or coffee if I'm making chocolate pudding :)

I think for me, it’s getting rid of the sugar completely. I read somewhere it takes about 2 weeks for your taste buds to regenerate, so that's what I plan to try and focus on! I remember when fruit used to taste like candy and I want to get back to that point!
