How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Happy Thirsty Thursday everyone! Hydration matters and water should almost always be your go-to beverage.

Water is a nutrient. In fact, it’s an essential nutrient, meaning we can’t live without it. Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly.

Staying hydrated is also super important in achieving and maintaining your weight-loss goals. Since it provides a sense of fullness, water can help you feel satisfied in between meals.

    How are your hydration habits?
-Are you always carrying a water bottle with you and refilling it as needed?
-Do you drink a glass of water when you wake up, one with each meal, and one at bedtime?
-How about setting reminder alarms on your cell phone?
-Are you using an app or sticky-note to track your intake?
-Do you include water-dense foods, like celery and watermelon, in your meal plan?

What are some hacks you use to get your water in? I like to take a sip of water every time I get a notification on my phone! :)

I have a 64 ounce cup that I drink at work covered in fun stickers. It makes drinking easier

I'm not allowed to have much, and I drink every bit and then some.
