This I she first DietBet I have struggled this bad I have been getting up every morning going to the gym and I just tend to lose inches before the pounds shed! I’m looking good but the scale isn’t so much. I’m trying my best not to get frustrated any suggestions? I’m not doing anything any different besides the gym and more cardio

Change up your workout. Sometimes our bodies get into a routine and then the weight loss slows down. I also have to really watch my sodium and carb intake. I have real good luck with intermittent fasting too. Good luck! I’ve still got 2.8 to get off, so I too am make adjustments…we got this!

LaRenta- It sounds like you are doing the right things and building good habits, but maybe just need to shake it up a bit! I love the suggestions above. I hope one of them helps budge the scale :)
However! Your weight isn't reflective of your body fat percentage. You can drop weight but dropping actual fat takes time – more time than you think. Don't get discouraged!
