How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Aaaaaand it's Friday!

As we head into the last weekend of this game, I want to check in and see how everyone is feeling. 😊

Were you successful in learning some new healthy habits and/or sticking to a healthy plan? Or maybe you struggled a bit with the necessary discipline to maintain a healthy fitness and nutrition plan?

Whichever the answer, please be proud of your achievements, big or small! It doesn’t matter how slowly you go, as long as you don’t stop.

The key to life-long growth is to consciously work towards being a little better each day. Enjoy the weekend while keeping your goal in sight every single day!

What was the biggest change you made over this past month?

Mine's still finding time to exercise. I've been learning to eat better

The last 4 days I have had family in from out of state for the holidays. I am having a hard time balancing work, seeing the family and making time for exercise. Trying to remind myself I am worth the 2 hours a day
