How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m very happy so far, and reached past my weight goal! Started counting and journaling calories but didn’t cut them majorly this time. Sticking to 1400-1600/day. Exercise calories burned means I get to enjoy a little more those days. Also modified my exercise routine to be believe it or not, less intense and less frequent. I realized my body really preferred that and the every other day of rest and recovery it needs. I also dirty fast, but am not super strict with it. I try to stop eating after dinner and then start eating at 11 am. But some days are different, and I am okay with that. I Still enjoy a piece of well-deserved dessert every now and then and don’t stress about it. I believe everything in moderation is a good thing, and the 80/20 rule is a great one. Hopefully after this challenge ends, I will be motivated enough to keep going! Loving feeling good and fitting back in my jeans! Good luck and Merry Christmas everyone!

Ammie- you make a good point - it's all about learning what works best for us as individuals. And even at that, some days need to be different. So glad you have found success!
