Oh, shoot, I’m out of my usual “Recover” post-workout drink.
What are some of your go-tos for fueling and recovering after lifting?

I've been out of Recover as well and using Naked Shake (vegan protein powder), the chocolate peanut butter flavor is pretty tasty but they have several! I don't lift but do Barre Blend, Lava and 21 DF rotations.

Fruit. If I don’t have Recover drink I like to have fruit after my workouts. Sometimes both.
