How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good Morning December to Remember!! I can’t believe we are all the way up to 23 players!! Welcome everyone :)
    My name is Sarah, I’m a Community Health Worker in school based healthcare.
    I live in West Michigan with my husband Devin
    He lost 85 lbs and has kept the weight off for a good amount of time. We are doing 30 days of Yoga with Adrienne because he wants to help keep me accountable and see me win this one last bet of 2024!
    I also recently bought one of those mini steppers, and plan to start doing it while we watch tv. Our current binge is Yellowjackets, just got to season 2 and excited season 3 is coming in February! Have you seen it?

Jae we should have stepper days where we share every time we use them :)
Shine idk about you but mine will be INDOOR workouts but hopefully more often. Can’t use the freezing cold as an excuse if my stepper and yoga is right in my living room!! Keep going :)

Kristine, social workers, unite!! I’m so glad you found us !! I love kids but unfortunately my husband doesn’t want to have our own. So I really enjoy my work in the schools. I bet you got some good snow in the UP this past week! I suck at driving in the snow, so I was glad my school called a snow day on Thursday. Thank you for being here!!!
