So this time last year I was in the 280's. Today I'm 221. I'm not done but I'm so proud of the distance I have traveled. All the years I went from diet to diet, constantly checking the number on the scale. In May I started seeing a therapist that specializes in weight issues and really starting working on changing the way I deal with stress. It has made all the difference.
