I usually cut completely. However, I decided to give a try to moderation this time. More difficult, but more sustainable. I hope ?

I track my macros and stay in a calorie deficit. Most days I eat really clean, but l occasionally allow myself a little treat. I’m going to a birthday party today and I’m going to have a tiny piece of cake, and I logged it! I don’t do well mentally if I’m not allowed to have something.

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge! 💧

I’m Sara from Texas. We’ve had a few very stressful years in which I’ve gained weight. I know that carrying around less weight and filling my body with healthier liquids and foods will greatly help me with stress levels so I am hoping to do this with the help of this group! I’m also hoping to get my blood levels (cholesterol and pre-diabetes) down. I have 4 kids and I homeschool and work part-time.

I’m Jeff from California. I’m coming back to diet bet after a long break. Had developed a few bad habits and ready for a life change. I figured this would be a great way to hold myself accountable. I signed up for a Disney half marathon in September so I need to both train as well as eat better. Looking forward to doing this with all of you!

When you feel better cos you look better, you look better cos you feel better. Strut your stuff and hold your head up high, because win or lose, you tried. Many don’t even try. So kudos to everyone who made it to the end. Even if you didn’t touch the moon, you reached for the stars instead of reaching for the carbs and sugar and TV remote lol. I'm really excited. Weighed in today, down 8 oz. Doesn't sound like a lot but seeing a decrease was encouraging. I swab 10 laps that. I'm drinking more water bur adding a lime to make it more palatable...lol. I love a challenge. But can someone answer me, why is it that when you start a challenge like this, people want to give you candy..oh boy...drives me crazy how they keep Toying with me....I said NO...though. lol. Anyone else facing temptations?
