Okay! Tell me your favorite low calorie dressing. I have been trying them all and I can’t find anything I really like. Before I was a Ken’s Buttermilk Ranch girl. But that is just too many calories for my liking. Whatcha got?!

Try making your own! I’m sure you can google hundreds of litter versions of your favorite. A little Greek yogurt and some seasoning can go a long way!

I make my own kefir ranch style. I just use kefir and the seasonings that are in ranch

For eating fruit and vegetables and other prepared food I’ve enjoyed our newest meal containers with snap lids. Also saves money and time when you can save a meal for later and motivation not to overeat when you can save food.

Magic Bullet (to make sure I get my fruit intake in) and a silicone microwave popcorn air popper (for fresh, no-oil popcorn for snacking!)

  • Decided to try these from Aldi this week & they didn't disappoint! Having healthier versions of foods i enjoy helps me stick to my goals, especially on the weekend! What's your favorite sweet treat or healthy swap?

What scale does everyone recommend? I carry a lot of weight in my legs. I purchased the wyze x scale and I don’t feel like it is wide enough. I felt very unsteady on it. Any recommendations? Thanks. This is my first dietbet.

Good luck!

The Renpho scale was recommended in the last DietBet, seems like a good one & inexpensive on Amazon!
