08/27/2024 6:36PM in HUNDREDS in BONUS PRIZES! AUGUST 7th GAME!
I'm not going to win this one. I've fallen into terrible habits, and I'm not even close to my goal weight, BUT I'm not giving up. I'm already in the next game starting on the 2nd, and I'll be working hard to change my habits. Give me your best advice for staying on track and not eating fast food/junk food. Habits are so hard to change!

Beth, I feel ya on this. I'm surrounded by candy and chocolates and twinkies and garbage all day. It's tough. Consider stocking up on awesome snacks like strawberries and blueberries and if you're in to dairy -- cheese/cottage-cheese etc. You can probably eat 5 strawberries and not feel bad; in fact feel better than if it were 2 cookies. NO COOKIE IS SAFE!
Buy frozen berries and pineapple and make smoothies with a bit of plain yogurt.
You gotta eat, -- so fill up on decent food from the ground before getting that burger. Still, get the burger if you want, skip the coke and fries.
Stay focused.,

Highly suggest the book Atomic Habits! I am most of the way through it but it really helps you find ways to incorporate new habits.
