I have been on a two year journey to lose 1/2 my body weight. I started at exactly 300 lbs and now am 187-

When I get stuck, I go on a detox plan for a week which jumpstarts my weight loss again. The Daniel Plan has a good one. I'm on it this week. Congrats!
