Unfortunately I don't have an apple watch. I use android. But I do step bets which is very motivating for me. I have walked up and down halls just before going to bed just to get my steps!

What is your why for this transformer?
Mine is to get back to my pandemic size and get to maintenance. A lot has happened that last few years and getting to maintenance would be great.
