Happy days I wanted to share with you! For the first time in 9 years I am back to my NORMAL weight. I have the highest normal BMI allowed for my height. I honestly didn’t think it was possible! Many thanks to all of you for sharing your ups and downs! This encourages a lot!

I've been not feeling well the past couple of days. My eating is all off. I've lived on sprite and toast. I actually miss my daily walks. So hopefully tomorrow, I can get back at it.

  • I wanted a snack and I decided on frozen cherries with a small amount of macadamia nuts. I didn’t feel sick or guilty afterwards! Win! Post pictures of your healthy meals and snacks please. I need inspiration!

I don’t have a picture, but I made little date balls. It’s dates, nuts, a little bit cacao powder and a little bit of water blended together. It tastes delicious and is easy to make!

I had my first baby 1 year ago (I have a bonus daughter as well) and gained 40lbs during my pregnancy. I lost about 15 of those lbs in the first year but am still so fatigued and sluggish everyday and I’m really just trying to feel myself again! I want to be a fun mom who can run around with her kids and not be winded just from getting up off of the floor lol. Losing weight would be great, but my true goal is just to be happy and healthy for my babies. Wishing everyone in this challenge luck!

Oh, I feel you. With my first pregnancy I was extremely fit, with my second one I gained 30 kg (66 pounds), I still want to loose the last 20 pounds. I am sure we can do it! Joined the group to have daily/hourly motivation :sweat_smile:..

I am 5 months postpartum on May 27 after baby #3. I gave birth to 2 babies last year (Feb & Dec). I've had some setbacks & here I am now working on losing the excess fat I acquired over the last 3 years.

Wow 2 babies in one year! You’re amazing! I had my first baby 1 year ago, gained 40 lbs while pregnant, lost about 15 in the first 2 months and I’ve been fluctuating between that 15 & 20lb mark. Us moms need to motivate each other, we got this!! :muscle:
