Well I didn’t make the exercise challenge but I started the week working 4 12 hour night shifts and managed to finish it with a 3.2 mile run, a 6.7 mile beach walk and a 3.5 mile run so I’m not disappointed in myself 😊 Hope everyone has a great week!!!

    I enjoy doing weekly challenges as part of our game because they help keep things interactive and motivating. (Participation is optional, of course.)

    The first challenge is The Water Challenge!

    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day from Wednesday through Friday (February 19th - 21st).

    Starting on Friday, there will be a post at the top of the game feed here for you to comment under if you complete the challenge. The deadline to report your results is Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing for the $10 cash prize will be held shortly after that. Each week, the prize amount will increase!
