- Went to dinner tonight with the hubby at Red Lobster but just kept the menu simple with lightly blackened salmon, steamed broccoli & a baked potato! Eating out is possible & don't be afraid to order food the way that will help you reach your goals! I usually ask for my toppings on the side also (examples: sour cream/butter for potato, cinnamon on side of sweet potato, or salad dressings so i can use half) so that I can control calories or I'll stick with a side salad as my go to side, but tonight was a potato kind of night! How do you hack the menu when ordering out?
