Hi, I'm Lindsay, from Chicago. I was motivated to join the group because I've been in a pretty good mindset lately and wanted to give myself some extra accountability to keep it up during the holidays. My non-scale goal is to get more sleep - I'm a single mom with almost full custody of 3 school age kids and a full time job, so I get so little time to myself that it's hard to make myself go to bed during that brief period of time when the kids are all asleep and I have a little bit of time to myself.

Always so good! For anyone else curious about the 2B pumpkin pie recipe without shakeology-I use Orgain vanilla protein powder and add 2 TBS cinnamon to get more of that snickerdoodle flavor! ALWAYS a weight loss breakfast!
