Hello Hello and Happy Monday!
I want to congratulate everyone for taking that first step, which is often the most difficult, in making the commitment to live a healthier lifestyle. And now that you’re here, let’s figure out what you need to do to make these changes
1. not so overwhelming,
2. achievable and sustainable, and most importantly,
3. fun!
First, please take a moment to say hi to your fellow players and tell us a little bit about you! Are you new to DietBet and have questions or are you a seasoned player who loves to encourage others and help answer those newbie questions? What’s one realistic, targeted change you will work on these next four weeks (like “I will increase my step goal to 10,000 a day” vs. “I will walk more”)?
Also, what are some tools I can provide to help you achieve your goals? Would you like ideas on how to prioritize protein and/or prep healthy meals or maybe you need ways to shift your mindset?
