I made some modifications. I added parmesan cheese in it and instead of tomato paste, I used Rao's tomato sauce. And also instead of Worcestershire sauce I used soy sauce. I also diluted the ketchup glaze with tomato sauce.

That looks delicious! I love chicken and roasted vegetables. There's a roasted smoked veggie mix I recently bought at Costco. It's my favourite. So quick to cook and super delicious.

  • Level up lunch
    1 low carb wrap with 3 ounces ground chicken (raw) spread over wrap season (I do garlic Parmesan ) then put on heated skillet and cook for 2-3 min ( I brush other side with little butter while chicken cooks on first side) flip and cook tortilla side for just a minute to crisp then add cheese to chicken side let melt add a piece of cooked bacon and cut up romaine lettuce dressing if you desire (I do spoonful of cottage cheese ranch) yummm

I can relate to that. I often find comfort in food when I get stressed out. I've had a great week so far and made good progress. The challenge will be the weekend, as I do better on days when I work and my mind is occupied, as opposed to when I have a day off and lots of spare tine.
