  • I am 55, post menopause, haven’t worked out except to walk hundreds of miles in the last year. I need a good strength training workout that I can use from online. I know weights are the ticket BUT. It has been so ongoing that I don’t need to start with heavy weights. I have 2, 5, and 8 lb dumbbells a rebounder, an old school Nordic track and a lame but working stationary bike. I have a foam roller and a yoga block…. Can you hit me up with your best you tube ideas that won’t put me in the hospital.😂. Ready to get strong! I want to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of 💪

They link to their website, and supposedly have a free program there, but the guys of Mind Pump Media on YouTube are interesting and encouraging to listen to. I’m assuming you don’t have BODi since you asked for YouTube ideas.
