Great idea, Lynda. :) It seems like once a month I feel lost and have to consciously refocus to stay on track. A healthy lifestyle is like a healthy relationship - it takes a conscious effort and when you start to take it for granted, things fall apart. :p For me anyway. #14 and 20 really speak to me today and #6 makes me giggle. I'm glad you wrote these down. I will be making my own list too. Hugs!
