This has captured my imagination as a challenge.
I've managed to avoid kids treats, bicuits and crisps which are my downfall. Put 3 days hard work at the gym.
I've even started mixing a concoction of salad stuff to put in the fridge and have with a variety of meats - fallen in love with piri piri smoked mackerel (how gorgeous a tatse is that with salad?).
Upshot is 4ibs in 3 days - I know a lot will be water but already feeling fitter and healthier. I might just have caught the bug!.
