This seems to be helping me to focus too. Love the concept & reading some of those success stories is really motivating.I did go the gym yesterday. CV stuff always ok but I don't have a clue when it comes to weights. Any suggestions?

Carrol don't worry about how much weight you are lifting. As a woman you won't get bulky. Women don't have enough testosterone to build huge muscles. Lift the heaviest amount of weight you can while still maintaining good form for 10-15 repetitions. I like free weights but the machines are also good for a lot of things.
