6 days in and haven't quite fallen off the wagon, but holding onto the sides.

Work commitments have kicked in and the diet is still ok, haven't been to the gym in a couple of days and grabbed a couple of biscuits when on automatic pilot.

I read something on here the other day about people with a 'thin' mentality who just put a setback down to a gliche and carry on with a good diet/exercise instead of beating themselves up. So I celebrated by mixing another bowl of mixed salad and sticking two fingers up to the biscuits!
