So I am embarking on my first DietBet journey and I have to admit that I am extremely nervous that I won't succeed. I always let negative thoughts take over my head, and I feel like I stump my success before it even starts. I've read good things about this, and I am hoping it's what I need to kickstart me into a healthier lifestyle

Try to be kinder to yourself, if you had a friend who was in your position, who fell off the healthy/eating and exercise wagon, what would you say to them? You would say "it'll be o.k., everyone has a hard day sometimes." Now say that to yourself. Remember that getting healthy is a journey, two steps forward, one back. Love yourself enough to know that you are worth it, and keep trying. I will try to follow this too. We can do it!
I feel you and this is my first dietbet journey too. Let's think positive thoughts and do this.
I'm new too. Try not to think about huge changes to your daily routine. Think of three small lifestyle changes you can make for the next month and just stick to those three. I personally plan to 1) eat nothing but fruit/veg till 11 am 2) go to a class at the gym twice a week and 3) drink more water. It's not a ton of change but change that I think I can do for one month and hopefully, it becomes a habit. ????
