Something that always pulls me out of a slump... Greek chopped salads - cucumber, onion, tomato, bell peppers, black olives, cabbage etc. dress it with a mix of honey/vinegar/oil/oregano/salt and serve with feta, whole wheat pita and pick up a large side of gyro meat from a local spot

I love her burger salad, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped pickles, a mini slider turkey burger with everything bagel seasoning, chopped coleslaw, cauliflower rice, and chopped broccoli… Delicious!
