I've been drinking a protein shake about 4pm before dinner, keeps me not overeating and helps me dinner and done because I stay full!

I'm noticing the evolution of the program and for me, I know the fundamentals of the program. I was missing the how to shift your mindset piece. I'm so happy this is being addressed in these AMAs. I'm learning to track more honestly and using it to see progress in this episode

  • I roasted veggies in the oven and sprinkled nutritional yeast on them to give them a cheesy flavor. I just saw that 1 tablespoon has 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber and 35 calories!

I haven't tried it on straight veggies yet. I'll have to do that. I mix it with seasoning & sometimes ww breadcrumbs to bread chicken or hearts of palm. It's so good.

Something that always pulls me out of a slump... Greek chopped salads - cucumber, onion, tomato, bell peppers, black olives, cabbage etc. dress it with a mix of honey/vinegar/oil/oregano/salt and serve with feta, whole wheat pita and pick up a large side of gyro meat from a local spot

I love her burger salad, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped pickles, a mini slider turkey burger with everything bagel seasoning, chopped coleslaw, cauliflower rice, and chopped broccoli… Delicious!
