I find that when in a deficit, I often wake up around 3am and can’t fall back to sleep. Sometimes, I wake and eat a snack while others I try to just go back to sleep, but it can take hours. Obviously, the fatigue makes everything harder. Any tips?

“Better in the Waste Than on Your Waist”
Don’t suck up your kids’ last bites of sandwich or leftover pieces of scram- bled egg because they were intuitive enough to leave them there. You’re not a vacuum cleaner, and it’s better in the waste than on your waist. It’s also a psychological trick that when you’re close to the finish line, you tend to find extra strength...tap into that now! Let me know your progress below!

  • Frozen zucchini, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, a little honey and stevia. (No ice, the frozen zucchini replaces it!)
    I’m really mind blown how yummy this is!! It’s so creamy and there is NO zucchini flavor whatsoever.
