  • Frozen zucchini, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, a little honey and stevia. (No ice, the frozen zucchini replaces it!)
    I’m really mind blown how yummy this is!! It’s so creamy and there is NO zucchini flavor whatsoever.

**CHALLENGE ALERT**
HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

Last night for the fights, my husband had some friends over. My daughter and I were out shopping and had to bring back pizza for everyone. 3 delicious smelling pizzas! Lol. Her and I already had our dinner around 6:30p and my husband offered to throw our order in for pickup too if we still wanted something more. I could’ve easssiiiilllyy had some yummy pizza and enjoyed with everyone. BUT I stuck to my plan this month, told myself I can reward myself next month with some pizza, and I didn’t eat anything beyond what we had at 630p! I was proud of myself. Being from NY originally…pizza is a weakness lol
