I find about every 10 pounds I reach a plateau. Now I’m just about down to my last 10 pounds. I need some suggestions on how to loose these last 10 pounds. I’ve switched to leaner proteins like shrimp and natural FFC’s like fruit and starchy veggies like corn. Any other tips would be great!

Avoided donuts and pizza after work this week

Made a 4 serving egg/veggie bake and a pound of turkey taco meat for salads.
