So upset with myself for sabotaging myself. I don’t think I’m going to make it on this bet. I’m still going to try, but I really backtracked. Had my 16 oz of water this morning to start me out. I just hate that I did this to myself.

The first week I gained 13 lbs…. It was insane. My brain and I have a messed up relationship that requires fixing! We have to acknowledge, move on and respect ourselves. I know I have the ability to do it. But man applying everything and remembering it in my bad times is so hard! Trying to change brain patterns is hard.

Ok folks….. we have a week to go and this far I am not making it. Today I am turning it around. I don’t know if I can make it, but I know I can’t if I don’t try and don’t give it my all. I am going to go back and listen to all of the videos. I am going to get my move on and my food in line. I’m going to check in here everyday!

Does anyone else add Crystal Light to their water? I thought I had heard Ilana say that was ok to add to water, and some days I really struggle to get my water intake up.

I know the feeling ! Plan your meals for the next two days ! Make sure you have something healthy for weight loss when cravings hit . Have salads ready ! When even I am not prepared I derail . It does take time in the kitchen to be prepared but not it does pay off

A bit frustrated with myself. I started out great, actually hit my goal weight and then it was as if my brain malfunctioned and I ate things I shouldn’t have eaten. I’m up 3 pounds, and kind of mad at myself for it. I’m definitely the self-sabotage eater. I’m going to try harder today because I want to see that weight loss!

I’ve never called it fasting but I usually fill up on coffee in the morning and don’t eat until around 11 on a workday.

Yep me too! I’m not a breakfast person anyway so I usually just have my preworkout before my workout, and then eat around 11-12. Really trying to be dinner & done earlier too!

Anyone else have small kids?

I have a 3yo and a 3month old.

It’s so hard for me not to binge after they go to sleep. It’s like my freedom and I often loose control with all the late night snacking after a long day of momming.

I feel that way too but just for random things! Football is a trigger for me and I wnat to eat bad during the games!

Totally can relate I have a 2 and 4 y/o. You are still SO in it with the baby so be compassionate and gentle with yourself. It’s even harder when you’re up late / overnight with the baby.

I used to snack through dinner cleanup / bedtime and switched to a sweet herbal tea and lighting yummy smelling candles as my treats. First few days to break the snacking habit was tough; but it’s made a huge difference on the scale and with how I feel. Good luck!
