I'm so frustrated, my bathroom floor is a similar color to my scale and my weigh in wasn't accepted bc I guess it didn't look like it was on a hard floor.. so I was asked to reweigh in, but I'm definitely not going to weigh the same amount at 530 when I get home that I did at 5am when I first woke up. So I hit my goal but now probably am not going to weigh in at it to win.

The same thing happened to me… so disappointing.

Actually I emailed them and asked if I could send all the pictures I took this morning, bc I took multiple, and they were able to accept them and ultimately verify my weight from this morning!

Hit my goal and down another pound! A little nervous bc we have a big hiking trip the end of this week and I know I'm going to be soooo sore and probably retaining some water because of that. A little worried that I won't weigh in at my goal because of that. While it isn't about that, it'd be nice to get my money back!

Going to focus on lots of water and veggies and protein and just let it be whatever it's going to be.

What are you hiking?

You have a little bit of a buffer for time. I find I am up after a big activity for 1-2 days by day three I see a very motivating loss.

Drink lots of water. I've been liking Kombucha for an after hike or ride beverage when everyone else is enjoying a parking lot beer - that's my downfall, as it leads to snacking, more beers and comfort food eating the next day.

Also - over the last few years I've found I don't really need to eat that much to keep myself going on a hike - I really like single serve nut packets, Olive or pickle packets, mini protein bars like go macro and energy chews (pro bar or honey stinger brand). If it's a really big day I'll do wraps with PB and banana or hummus and veggies, hard boiled eggs).
- if it's going to be warm where you are stash some fruit (watermelon, grapes, apples) in a cooler in your car for when you are done.

Have Fun :)

Also remember to hydrate and up your protein for a day or two after your hike to help with soreness!

I gain 2 pounds of water weight for the first few days and then drop it around day 3. I think hormonal shifts make me more hungry in the days leading up and play with me mentally. I feel more tired and vulnerable to sugar cravings.

Gain about 2 pound

I've been drinking a protein shake about 4pm before dinner, keeps me not overeating and helps me dinner and done because I stay full!

I'm noticing the evolution of the program and for me, I know the fundamentals of the program. I was missing the how to shift your mindset piece. I'm so happy this is being addressed in these AMAs. I'm learning to track more honestly and using it to see progress in this episode

Hello! I'm taking a 4 day trip to New York City (my hometown) this weekend. I've recently maintained some good habits and have been weighing every day tockeep tabs on how I'm doing. I won't have access to a scale in NY. Outside of tracking my food, anyone have any pointers on anything else I can do to try and keep my momentum while on this trip?
PS - I don't think it's possible to lose during this trip, but I'd really like to at least maintain what I've done so far and then start losing again when I get back.
