Hi all!
Joining from Toronto. So happy to have a challenge in Sept. this couldn’t have come at a better time. Goal for this week is to get my water intake back up to what it was. I fell off the water wagon over the summer and feel shitty about it and so does my body. All the water bottles, fancy cups, glasses and vessels are at the ready!!!

Great goal...this is mine too!!! Filling my gallon jug in the morning and pour from it, I like to use it as a visual of what I have left to drink! Cheers!
