**CHALLENGE ALERT**
HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

My go-to are sliced bell peppers and carrots and a veggie dip with plain Greek yogurt seasoned with green chile spices, yummy!

Hi all!
Joining from Toronto. So happy to have a challenge in Sept. this couldn’t have come at a better time. Goal for this week is to get my water intake back up to what it was. I fell off the water wagon over the summer and feel shitty about it and so does my body. All the water bottles, fancy cups, glasses and vessels are at the ready!!!

Great goal...this is mine too!!! Filling my gallon jug in the morning and pour from it, I like to use it as a visual of what I have left to drink! Cheers!

I also leave a cup of water on my nightstand, so I make myself drink it before my feet hit the floor coming out of bed
