Hi everyone! I am not new to DietBet. I just maintained a couple of months because of trips, etc. I still have a goal to reach. I really need to work to cut out the late night snacks, it's gone on too long. I hope saying it out loud will make a difference! lol I'm working on an exercise routine using bits and pieces from some I see online. Wishing you all, us all, very good luck!
