For late night snacking I have been successful with saving calories for a chocolate good life protein shake. I heat it up in the microwave so it comes out like a hot chocolate! It's a great treat with 30grams of protein to curb the hunger pains!
I also just made an egg sandwich for 26 grams of protein and under 300 calories. I baked egg whites, cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning for the bread. Filled it with egg, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, capers and cheese so yummy! Will definitely make again.
