Add lemon/mint/ginger (fresh) and make a nice fat burning potion while adding flavor. Just about any fruit can be infused to water to add flavor/nutrients. And of course sugar free flavor packets, there’s a vast varieties of flavors to choose from. There are several FB or TikTok groups for different concoctions to add to water. My personal favorite is watermelon electrolytes (not sugar-free so adds 50 calories) but I just drink one a day. Good luck finding what works best for you

True Lemon brand flavoring is good. The lemonade flavor is my favorite. They are 10 cal per packet, but no aspartame like some of the zero cal brands. I put 2 packets in 40 oz of water.

Although it's nothing incredible, I'm excited to say I'm down 5lbs since last week.

So far I've only cut out sodas, high calorie juices, and cut my meal portions by 1/3.

This week I'm aiming to hit the gym 3 times a week for some resistance training and some light cardio(I hate cardio).

What are yall doing to shed the lbs?

Use allulose if you need to. It helps with sugar cravings and also help suppress your appetite. It's incredible.

Try replacing your favorite sweets with healthier versions. Kodiak protein muffins give me my sweet fix. It's a box mix. Double dark chocolate is the best! 2 for breakfast feels like I'm having regular muffins.
