I lost 101 lbs about 15 years ago. I've the years I gained what I lost plus a lot. I reached my all time high in July 2024 and decided that was enough. I "tried" for about 6 months and then finally after making tiny progress, I hired a trainer and nutritionist. And with her help, I've been making great progress. I don't want to lose it now and this cruise could do it. So I'm being proactive and putting some money on the line.
Whether I win or not, my goal is to not gain during the cruise.
