This week was tough because I went to help two on my sisters so I was gone 7 days and I was not able to pack my food. I took few items but went with the flow and tried to make the best food choices available.

I had a wonderful Mother’s Day, my kids took me out to one of my favorite places. Still ate healthy steak and salad. I had one glass of white wine but it’s okay. Life is a balance. Still made sure I had 10k steps. We went on a long walk afterwards. Was the perfect day!

I did intermittent fasting on Saturday and drank my ginger tea twice a day. My body was taking longer to reflect all my workouts over 10K steps a day so had to see if it will help me. Lost 2 pounds.
