Been at a hardcore plateau for a week. Hoping it breaks in the next couple of days. Stalled out at 50% of goal so far. This is my 3rd diet bet in a row. First plateau so far.

My body fat percentage is going down but my weight has been going down slower. Technically it's a good thing but not do good when I need to weigh out. It's going to close.

I so understand. I've slowed down some too... adding more activity.

I like that we are closely aware of the ups and downs. It used to be easy to go months without noticing until nothing fits and no energy.

I’ve been stuck at the same weight since Monday. I’ve been eating veggies most, keeping to plate it at each meal. But I have had some dark chocolate after dinner. I’ll try dinner and done tonight. Does anyone have any tips to help me push past this stall in my weight loss? I’ve got 1.6 pounds to lose to meet my dietbet goal.
