181.2 and need to be at 179.6 by official weigh in… this was a birthday weekend so I’m hoping being back on track and starting the quarter I’ll be good to go.
I’ve allowed myself to disregard my diet and allowed myself to use the stress and business of my life as an excuse to not make time for exercising for 2 years and I’m weaker and bigger then I’ve ever been in my life. I’m winning with my goals in other ways, but I don’t want to graduate nursing school feeling like this.
I am an elementary school teacher and I do the same thing. Work is so overwhelming and stressful that I put myself last. That has to change if I want to be healthy.
