- Finally got back to my workout routine. I have been trying to get it done first things in the morning, I didn’t get to it until 4:30 this evening, but I did it and I’m so proud of myself! Going to try to do it in the morning tomorrow, I’m not giving up, I’m only 11% towards my goal, this week wasn’t easy but i have learned a lot and can make important changes using what I have learned, but I’m not giving up I’m going to dial in my eating more and drink more water and less juice. Here’s to not giving up!
