Amazing! I’ve been running and taking classes at the gym 1-2 times a day and I start working with a trainer next week. Feeling better already.

All the baby pictures are making miss when mine was that small. I’m almost 13 years postpartum and still trying to lose the baby weight. Lol

Guys I finished a bet on the 3rd and today on the 9th I did my initial weigh in and I’m up almost 7 pounds. I drank my water, I stuck to my fasting window, and I ate healthy whole foods for the most part. I’m guessing it’s water weight, but I am absolutely devastated.

Eat a ton of protein! Stay away from sugar and carbs. Or at least very little. We like to eat a little bit of carbs ( small amount of rice or pasta) with our protein before working out because it gives you energy. After the gym meat and veggies. It's what you eat that will help with weight loss way more than going to the gym. If your nutrition isn't good it will be pointless going to the gym. Don't starve your body. Eating more of the good food( smaller portions throughout the day) is the key ticket.

I have been intermittent fasting for about 8 months and have lost 70 pounds total. It works for me. Thank you for mentioning stress and hormones. Both were off the chart this past week. Good insights.
