Anyone have any advice for me... i lost 5 pounds since weigh in due to being sick. I didnt really have an appetite and had tummy trouble ( 💩) due to the antibiotics. Im finally starting feel better and hope to return to a somewhat normal eating pattern tomorrow. While I'm happy to have lost weight, I know its not the right way to do it. Any suggestions on how to maintain this weight loss/ continue to loss weight as I return to a healthy normal diet?

That could have almost been my post a few weeks ago go ! I was sick and lost 5lbs in 5 days . (2 of the lbs came back ) I just tried to stay hydrated , it was hard to eat vegetables in the beginning. I made soups to make it easier . Then incorporate vegetables and more water when you can.

Thanks for the advice! Gained a 2 pounds over the weekend but somehow woke up and was down those two pounds... weight loss is so unpredictable at times lol
