My suggestion is to focus on being immaculate with your calorie intake. Not too low or too high. If you need distractions from snacking get moving, but I wouldn't worry about exercise. Also reducing stress and getting enough sleep, NEVER skip sleep to get a workout in! Stress and sleep deprivation mess with your hormones and that's when the scale won't budge.

Thank you all for the tips! I use Redmonds real salt on almost everything, so I'm going to cut back on that and increase water and move more. I'm hoping that will do the trick! Good luck to everyone!

I've joined this dietbet as a way to hold myself accountable. This is my 3rd bet since Jan. I did really well winning the Jan bet but was a few ounces shy of winning the 2nd bet. I then found myself gaining again due to saying, "the heck with it" eating whatever I want, drinking too much wine and sitting on my butt too much working from home. Going through menopause has been mentally and physically difficult. I am encouraged by your posts and wish you all success!

  • I absolutely love these mini bags of salad!! I
    added some chicken and grapefruit.
    Also, I only added one tablespoon of the prepackaged dressing . I really don't like dressing on my salad Or I make my own,
    but I wanted to try it.
