Just got my verification of my win! And I am not stopping now. The momentum is finally building in the right direction. I had Shakeology with collagen and caulirice blended and then an apple on the side for breakfast. I have Ilana’s cheeseburger helper all prepped and waiting in the fridge with a salad kit, and a bag of mixed veggies in the freezer to microwave for lunch. Dinner we are trying her Chipotle steak recipe or having leftovers from last night (depending on time). Tonight I’m planning on prepping the make ahead breakfast sandwiches and I have 2B Triple Chocolate Cheesecake jars waiting in the fridge if a sweet craving hits me. I am not letting up on this progress. I am tired of losing and gaining the same five pounds.

I am one pound away from my goal! So frustrating! Any tips for losing that last pound in one day? LOL

It's not sustainable or healthy, but you can try to do what fighters do before weigh-in. Since water is the majority of your weight, drink minimal water, do a sauna, absolutely no carbs, exercise that produces a continuous amount of sweat, and wear warm clothes. Most of the weight would come back after you start rehydrating.

Eat a very early (no later than 4pm) and be dinner and done :heavy_check_mark:

Morning guys! How are you all doing??

Just a reminder:
“Better in the Waste Than on Your Waist”
Don’t suck up your kids’ last bites of sandwich or leftover pieces of scram- bled egg because they were intuitive enough to leave them there. You’re not a vacuum cleaner, and it’s better in the waste than on your waist. It’s also a psychological trick that when you’re close to the finish line, you tend to find extra strength...tap into that now! Let me know your progress below!

100% better in the bin rather than use your body as a bin!

I'm at goal but must keep focusing and moving forward. Watching your videos has been extremely helpful. Your voice is in my head....dinner and done, 2 cups of veggies by 2 p.m, water first.

I managed to take in 5,017 calories during yesterday's cheat day. Let's just say there wasn't a pizza slice, a bottle of beer, or a pint of ice cream I said 'no' to.

It's counterintuitive, but it's a non-scale win for me. During cheat day I try to spike my weight higher while getting some of the food cravings I didn't get during the previous days.

Cheat Day Gain:
Skeletal Muscle: +0.8 lbs
Fat Mass: +0.1 lbs
Body Water: +0.9 lbs

My overall loss for the DietBet after cheat day is 55%.

Remember that your palate is fully capable of changing according to the foods you choose to eat. Your cravings will noticeably subside, and foods you used to enjoy will soon lose their luster. Nothing is better than how the right foods make you feel - that feeling lasts and tells your brain to crave those foods instead. Veggies are by far the most satisfying thing for me to eat! I literally feel more alive during and long after!

What are your favorite veggies?? And what do you not crave anymore??

I love Brussel sprouts and do not care for chocolate.

Valerie M.

Roasted veggies are my favorite. I love how I can eat them with pretty much anything. I know this works because I did it for 2 years before hit hard with being sick. I had a hard time bouncing back. It’s the chips. I can eat a whole bag of any kind of chip by myself. The cravings haven’t totally gone away yet. :pensive:

Hi Everyone! 👋

I am so excited for this group to get started! First, I want you to take a moment and feel proud of yourselves for being here today. Committing to this goal is a powerful step towards taking charge of your health and well-being. Remember, this is not just about losing weight; it’s about gaining confidence, energy, and a more positive outlook on life!

Here’s why this journey is a win-win for everyone:

1. Outcome One: You’ve invested $35 to shift your focus away from daily distractions and into something that uplifts you—a positive routine, a supportive community, and a chance to learn healthier habits, recipes, and insights. 🌟
2. Outcome Two: You meet the challenge head-on, lose 4% or more of your weight in a way that feels energetic, focused, and fun—and you get a nice little financial reward too! 💰

Either way, you’re a winner. The moment you signed up, you proved to yourself that you’re ready for this. Let’s make this journey fun, inspirational, and uplifting for each other. Let’s cheer each other on more than ever before, post more, and show up for one another with our fullest enthusiasm. The more positive energy we share, the more we build a habit of speaking kindly to ourselves.

And if you haven’t already, now is also a fantastic time to dive into the 2Mindset Superblock! (Comes Free with BODi membership) It’s the perfect complement to our accountability group and can offer even more tools to help you succeed. 🎉

We’re a group of winners, and we each have something valuable to share. To kick things off, please introduce yourself in the comments below. Tell us where you’re from and what non-scale victory you hope to achieve in the next 4 weeks. Remember, every little step counts!

LETS DO THIS! 💪

Feel free to adjust any part of the message to make it feel even more personal to your style!

Hi! Amanda from NJ. I am trying to shift my focus away from the end goal (or number on the scale) to actions that I can take every day to increase longevity!

Christina B.

I'm Christina, a soon to be divorced mother of 3. I am hoping to see my energy levels improve in addition to the physical perks of weight-loss. I am working hard to be mentally, physical, and emotionally healthier this year. Glad to be here to help motivate me to reach towards my goals.
