    - First of all - thank you all for being here! Every single month I am overwhelmed with love, encouragement, support, and all the positive vibes you all bring. I love this community so much and im so grateful for another year with you all!! We have lost over 2,400lbs just this month! AMAZING!
    - Any problems weighing in please email support@dietbet.com and they can help! Or you can use a desktop computer to reset your weigh in. You have today and tomorrow to submit final weight!
    - YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN A NUMBER. I lost dietbets personally over the years but never gave up and thats how my life changed! I made healthier decisions with our game the whole 4 weeks than I would have before + kept going and that's what makes us a winner, not a number on the scale! To me we are all winners just by being here! Be proud of yourself and keep fighting my friends!

welllll, turns out I was not as successful as I had hoped, BUT! I did lose a few pounds, nothing wrong with that! I'll be back!! Congrats to everyone who hit their goals

I mix plain greek yogurt with a little almond milk and some chia seeds. Let them soak for a bit, then top with ground flax and hemp hearts, a drizzle of honey, some fruit (frozen gives a fun texture!) and granola. Sooo tasty and filling

Bakes beets peeled and shredded, shredded cheese and apple - add yoghurt or light mayo, some salt and pepper to taste-mix well - tastes great and helps to lose some pounds

  • Trish this is what I was told. I weigh 180 and I was told to aim for ~120g a day. It’s hard getting that much in for me personally, but I’m not also a huge meat eater. So I’d be mindful (and don’t get discouraged) because 150g a day may be a lot.
